You have placed your order and we are now in the process of manufacturing your Rebod Device.

Have you sent us your logo file to customise your device? Once we receive your logo file we will send you a draft render for approval within 5-7 business days to ensure that you are happy with the logo placement. Once this has been approved no further changes can be made.

The manufacturing process will take anywhere between 30 -45 Days and upon completion our factory will review the device and send us full walk through testing videos to showcase the build quality.
We will send you through images of your freshly manufactured device and a final invoice for payment prior to shipping.
You are more than welcome to review our terms of purchase here if required.
Once final payment has been made your device will be shipped directly to you.
Device shipment can take anywhere between 8-12 weeks - unfortunately due to the weight and size of the device freight is undertaken by sea and can undergo unforeseen delays.
We will do the best we can to mitigate and inform you of any delays however we will look after all customs, delivery and tax processes.
Your device will arrive in a palleted crate and will need to be unboxed.
